Refund & Returns Policy


Overview

At Whiff & Wonder | Reveelit Skincare, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of perfumes and skincare products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in its original sealed packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

• Opened perfumes
• Used skincare products
• Products with broken seals
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling

Perfumes contain flammable ingredients and skincare products are classified as personal care items. Once opened, these products cannot be resold, therefore opened items are non-returnable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of:

• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For high-value perfume orders, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
